Springer Parts

We now offer component parts to build our  springer. Listed below are all of the "flat
parts" required, you can buy just the components you need or a complete "kit" at a
reduced price over the individual parts. These parts are all CNC waterjet cut, you get
them as-cut. All holes are approximately .060" (sixty thousandths of an inch) undesize
so that you can bore or ream them to the finished size. The parts have a slight burr
where the waterjet starts and stops, these will clean up easily with a belt sander or
file. They need very little cleanup work, which is the advantage of using waterjet
cutting.

These parts are made in batch runs, typically they are run once every other week.
When you place your order we will tell you the expected ship date based on the
current manufacturing schedule. If the parts are in stock, they go out the next day,
typically they ship within a week of placing the order.






















springer full kit


The full kit includes all of the flat parts for the  springer profiled and ready for finish
work. These are all cut from mild steel, the trees are 1" thick, the spring bar and
connecting link are 5/8" thick and the rockers are 1/2" thick.

spring bar


The spring bar is 5/8" mild steel, and is available separately for $91, plus shipping.
