Payments & Shipping
When checking out, the Buyer will be sent to our SECURE checkout where we will
consolidate ALL of your purchases from us, and apply any shipping discounts. Your
total and our address will also be provided. YOU MUST CHECKOUT USING THIS
PROCESS (even if you wish to pay with PayPal or a Money Order).
Payment MUST be received within 10 days.
We accept PayPal, and Money Orders only.
Sales tax (7.75%) must be charged to California customers.
Items normally ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received. There are
exceptions where the order may take up to 7 business days to ship. This does not
happen often but there may be delays sometimes with certain items. Shipping cost
for this item is determined by your location. We ship to the US, FPO/APOs &
International. International duties are PAID BY THE BUYER & ARE NOT INCLUDED!
We will send you an email and tracking number upon shipment. PLEASE CHECK
YOUR SPAM FOLDER IN CASE ANY OF OUR COMMUNICATION ACCIDENTALLY
GOES THERE. Orders normally take 2-7 days to arrive after they are shipped.
International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will be
happy to give you a prompt refund, credit or exchange (see note below for special
ordered goods) ONCE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET.
You have up to 7 days after receipt of your merchandise to contact
Framextreme.com for Return Authorization number (RA#) to return the product(s) for
a full refund, less all freight.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER (RA#) issued only by a customer service agent at Framextreme.com.
Email Framextreme@yahoo.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Return your purchase to Framextreme.com at 117 sunset drive Greentown PA
18426, freight prepaid within 10 days of receiving your Return Authorization
Number (RA#).
Include your RA#, your name, phone number and address on the outside of all
packages to be returned.
The product must be in "like new condition" and in its original packaging with all
paper work included.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a restocking fee of 25%.
NOTE: Return policy for special order items will be subject to the discretion of
Framextreme.com. Each instance will be taken on an individual basis.
